Kukaku. Everyone is afraid of her, except Yoruichi... Lol. Toshiro, when he attacked Gin, looked pretty damn scary as well, and when he saw that Hinamori had been cut by Aizen.

But, Unohana is the scariest of all, make no mistake. I would have voted for her if she had been added. XD.
