*shrugs* Well, to each his own. However, I will say this in defense of IchiRuki: Orihime isn't Ichigo's type of girl. She's too girly and damsel-in-distress-ish, and she depends too much on him. Plus, she strikes me as being the type of girlfriend who'd wanna cuddle and hold hands and be kissy-kissy all the time.

That's fine; there's nothing wrong with it. However, Ichigo isn't that kind of guy. He's too brusque. Not that he doesn't know how to be gentle, but still...I personally think Rukia would be a much better partner for him. She's a good, strong woman, and she isn't afraid to whack him upside the head when he needs it. Like Orihime herself observed, Rukia's always the one to snap him out of his bad moods and cheer him up. They're both great supports for each other, they both care deeply for one another and they have a lot of chemistry.
