Bounts and Visoreds are not aggravating. Only idiots would think that.

Bounts irritated me because the soul reapers needed to focus on the battle ahead and the bounts came at a crucial time before Aizen.
It helped them all gain more power they needed in the long run but, like most things in Bleach, it all makes sense in hindsight!
