Starrk foremostly, because he didn't want to fight anyone, he only did it because he respected Aizen and considered him a friend, I believe. The fact is, not only did he lose a part of him when Lilinette died, he also realised, right as he was defeated by Shunsui, the fact that Aizen didn't care a less about him.
I also fight sorry for Ulquiorra - I can't imagine not being able to feel emotions... I realise that he would not have this perspective - he would be unable to comprehend the idea of feelings, though I think he almost realised it, as he was fading from existence.
Plus, I think the others had something happen to them that would be considered somewhat sad, or a hardship - the Espada were very interesting characters.

definitely, Nnoitra for male Espada, I really like him, and his bad attitude is amazing
although I like Grimmjow, Ulquiorra, and Szayel too. and for female I like Nel

poor nel was treated like crap as a child and espada number 5 is annoying because of his fault that she turned into a child
