Authors Note: Sorry about not posting this chapter up yesterday. I was busy with my halloween coloring book contest entry, which I did post on my perfil on the images. Anyways, let's get part 3 started, shall we?

The New Girl: Birdo's First Day! Chapter 1 part 3

Birdo and Yoshi were walking and talking about their siguiente class together, History. Yoshi was curious on what types of historical facts that the teacher will explain and tell them about. Birdo continued to listen to him talk.

Yoshi: Do tu think the teacher will talk about Yoshi's Island o the history of Yoshi's Island? I mean, I know a lot about my homeland, but what if there is something I just didn't know about before?

Birdo: It would be nice to learn más about you.....I mean Yoshi's Island...*blushes a little*

Yoshi: Yea! That would be great to learn about everyone's homeland history!!

Birdo: *thinks to self* that was close...*to Yoshi* That would be nice. Maybe everyone should share a piece of their history with the class o something like that?

Yoshi: That would be cool...I agree with tu on this! *thinks to self* she's so smart...

Yoshi and Birdo arrive to their history class and find their seats. Two seats that were open happen to be right siguiente to each other, which both Yoshi and Birdo to advantage of. They took their seats and continued conversating. Their conversation came to a stop when the teacher walked in. She had a binder out, ready to start role call (as in attendance).

Teacher: My name is Ms. Steralla. I will begin por doing attendence. Wario?

Wario: Wahahaaaa!!

Ms. Steralla: Toad?

Toad: Hello!

Ms. Steralla: Hello. Kooper?

Kooper: Here.

Ms. Steralla: Yoshi?

Yoshi: Ready to learn and eat!!

Birdo:*giggles*

Ms. Steralla: Waluigi?

Waluigi: Wahooo!

Ms. Steralla: Goombella?

Goombella: Present!

Ms. Steralla: Dixie Kong?

Dixie: Here!

Ms. Steralla: Bombette?

Bombette: Hi.

Ms. Steralla: And Birdo?

Birdo: Hello!

After attendance, Ms. Steralla passed out papers that needed to be signed. Then she talks for a little longer. Wario and Waluigi were being mischievous, as usual. Kooper was taking a nap. Dixie, Goombella and Bombette were braiding each others hair and constantly giggling. Yoshi was doodling again and Birdo was sitting there, daydreaming.

Birdo: *to self* Wow! This día is just getting better and better. I'm curious on why I didn't attend this school from the start? *sighs* I am so glad that I can talk to him in all my classes...*sighs lovingly*

Dixie: hola Birdo!

Birdo: *snaps out of daydream* Uh....yea? *turns*

Dixie: Wanna talk? It's been forever since we last did!

Birdo: Sure! *gets up, looks at Yoshi, then walks over to Dixie and the other girls*

Yoshi: *drawing and humming*

Over at the girls group, Dixie was talking to Birdo and doing her nails and make up at the same time.

Dixie: This color looks soooo PRETTY on you! It's a good thing I brought my make up and nail polish! *gets excited*

Birdo: *looks at her nails* Ooooooo! This is a pretty color! My nails looks all shiny and light purple! Lavender, right?

Dixie: Yup! Just wait until tu see your make up!!

Birdo: I'm excited now!!

Ms. Steralla: Ok students! Tomorrow, if anyone brings back this paper with your signature and the things that need to be filled out por tu filled out, I will give tu extra credit!!

The campana rings and off to their siguiente classes. Yoshi was the last one to leave the classroom. He picked up his drawing and put it in his folder, smiling.
