Need help from iPod users:

So a while ago, I reimaged my computer and lost most of my música stored on there, but all my música is on my iPod. However, I want to put new songs on my iPod and can't put them on without erasing my old songs from my iPod. Is there any way I can transform my old songs back on my computer?
