Broken
Antonio waited,
And waited,
But she did not come.
The note he’d left was now gone.
Stolen por a jealous friend,
Ro was hers,
That wouldn’t end.
A broken heart,
A tear was shed,
He dropped the rose he had in hand.
“She didn’t come,”
The thought was sad.
His corazón grew heavier with every step.
He let out a shaky breath.
Feeling broken,
Weary,
And sick.
His stomach heaved,
The nausea rolled in.
After this he had enough.
He slammed the door,
His voice was rough,
“Leave me alone!”
Was his demand.
“Ro, why didn’t tu come?
Don’t tu remember exploring the ship?
Climbing the mast?
