Only zoo i've ever been to :)

Ha! I hit most of the ones surrounding Melbourne last fall... which is why this pick was so Victoria-centric. I had hoped people would add their choices for other areas ;)

I don't think I've been to any of them lol but Australia Zoo is home of the Irwins!

Taronga ZOo is the Best, but what about the Canberra Zoo, or even Dubbo Zoo, there really great as well, better than most of those on the list above!!!!

I can barely remember any of the three I've been to, but when I was little I loved Perth zoo so much, we'd go just about every week.

The Perth zoo in Australia is really a amazing place on the earth. Easiest way to get the Perth zoo is closed ferry pier Barrack Street jetty in Perth road bridge south of Perth. Street corrected from the dock at Perth Zoo is an easy 10 minute walk. It is also a convenient stop en route to a strip of road cafe coffee fix on the way to the zoo.

I live in Melbourne but I think our Zoo (not the animals) is sucky. I love Werribee Zoo though!
I wish I could pick Australia Zoo but I've never been.

I've been to Australian Zoo 2 times and have loved it both times first time we saw Steve Irwin doing things with the crocodiles. The second time was great watching Bindi take her fathers place with the crocs, being a huge fan of wombats I got to take 1 for a walk and loved it very much, looking at pictures of that day 3 years ago makes me think it was just yeasterday.
