ellarose88 God that episode! This scene! It was brilliantly acted by Angel and Bradley. It's the only reason I watch this episode because if not for their lovely proposal and then this totally heart-breaking scene I wouldn't watch it. That being said, I've only watched it twice. I really hate watching Gwen and Lancelot together.

HumbleQueen I only watched it once--when it originally aired. I just can't. Still I can't. Silly of me but that's how it is. It cut me to the core when he said that line and how he said it.

MISAforever I watched the episode several time and this particular scene I think over 50 without exaggeration.. They were absolutely amazing and I think this scene was one of the best played in the whole show! It hurts to watch it every single time but it is sooo good I cannot not watch it.

HumbleQueen Wow, Joppa. Really? Maybe I need to try to watch again, for the very reasons you said.. One of the best scenes of the whole series if not THE best, so I shouldn't deprive myself of watching the artistry. Maybe it won't even bother me so much after all that transpired afterwards. I remember when I watched that one time I wasn't even sure how things would turn out for them in the long run. Even though I hated the last episode of season five, I still am thankful that she never really cheated on him in her right mind and that his heart was faithful to her to his death. The last scene they had together and them resting in bed next morning is something I will keep with me always, no matter that they were not together at the end of his life. They still had a fairy tale epic relationship which I will never forget and I imagine they'll always be my favorite all time couple.

MISAforever The ending of the show is not working for me no matter how hard I try ( not that I tried hard). They really did have a fairy tale relationship and will most certainly always be my favorite couple. And that scene was really hard to watch in the beginning, but it was also like a drug. I wanted to watch it over and over again until I knew it by heart. Every breath they took, every crack of a voice, every movement, every eye contact. And it is heart breaking and it is brilliant! And if they did something similar in the end, I'd probably force myself to watch it. But this, no, no and no. Not ready to re watch season 5 and last episode, I don't think I'll be able for some time!
