I understand now then. The anime version of him made him seem like a villain. He's not really one. At most I would consider him a tragic villain. -I don't know if I should go into detail since you haven't read the manga- But anyways in the manga he's shown like a regular person. Sure he's still "evil" but you don't see him in every panel planning on what bad thing to do next. You remember how the anime showed his personality correct? (They REALLY should have gone into detail about him -mutters- stupid anime.) He acts like a gentlemen which yeah most villains do to that but still he's not your typical one. What you don't notice about him is that he's really just a lonely guy. YES his whole killing every normal humans idea was a bit too much but with how humans are lately can you blame him? He's been hurt before,was betrayed by a friend and not to mention he was s- oops I almost spoiled you sorry. Anyways I can't explain perfectly well why I like him but I honestly recommend reading the manga. You'll understand it better I guess.

Honestly though I love the guy. I have so much sympathy for him. He was so lonely. I'm glad Yoh and the others helped him.

Sorta. He's really NOT a villain in sense I guess. But if you wanna go that far he'd be a tragic villain who shifted basically into being evil by a tragic event. (It's even worse when you read his past I cried through the whole thing.) But he does need love. This lonely king does need lots of love.

Yeah I love those kinds too. You can sympathize with them or you can understand their symbolism or anything like that. I didn't like how the anime just made him seem so evil. I mean shamans who can see spirits aren't evil. Isn't that what Yoh said?

They're supposedly the "good guys" but their more of the anti-heros I guess? Honestly I used to hate them. It was really only because of the manga that I actually liked about 3 of them and was neutral to another 3 of them and then I only hated just 3 of them.
