Welcome to the Spoiler Room, a safe place for spoiler addicts to come on a weekly basis to learn what’s coming next on their favorite shows and, hopefully, get a few of their own questions answered. If you want scoop on a specific show, send your questions to spoilerroom@ew.com.
Did you catch the 'Agent Carter' premiere's 'Iron Man 2' Easter egg?
Spoiler Room: Scoop on 'Parenthood,' 'Parks and Rec,' Agent Carter' and more
You will soon find out! “Howard did something for him that had an enormous [impact] in both his life and his wife’s life,” James D’Arcy tells me. “As a result of that, I think Jarvis feels extremely loyal towards somebody of, let’s face it, questionable morality.” Any guesses?
We’ll find out what happened with Rachel’s show, though it’s probably pretty clear that it’s a total failure since she returns to McKinley vowing to restore New Directions to its former glory. But she’s not the only one who ends up coaching a glee club—in fact, three other familiar faces will have new jobs in that department.
April and Jackson will be dealing with a very emotional situation as they find out more about their baby’s condition, but I hear Jackson will turn to Richard for comfort in the wake of hearing the devastating news.
I wouldn’t expect her to stay at Arkham forever. When talking about Leslie teaming up with Jim to help Gotham, Morena Baccarin told my colleague Samantha Highfill that Dr. Thompkins will be putting another skill set to use soon. “I do end up taking a job elsewhere,” she said. “I won’t tell you where, but it is a little bit different from just being a physician.”
Not at all. We’re actually going to get insight into Grover’s past when his ex-partner comes to town. I can exclusively reveal that Mykelti Williamson will play said partner, Clay, who comes under a cloud of suspicion when his wife perishes under mysterious circumstances while the pair are vacationing on the island of Oahu. “It’s a really emotional journey,” executive producer Peter Lenkov says of the best friends reuniting.
Did anyone else besides Jerry (Terry?) go to work for Leslie on
Yes, but I can’t tell you who. I will tell you that it’s not Ron and there’s a good reason for that. Bonus: There will be an entire episode that’s pretty much a walk down memory lane for Ron and Leslie’s friendship and it will give you all the feels.
How will Beckett feel about Castle becoming a private detective when
It’ll be quite a shock for Beckett to learn the truth that Castle is a P.I., but it won’t be long before the two are working together again. One could even say it adds a new spark to their relationship having to work in secret. However, Gates won’t be as lenient with the rules, forcing Castle to take unconventional methods to get the job done—methods that end in injury.
Any chance someone will discover Philip and Elizabeth’s real identity on
That question will be ever present within the first five minutes of the season premiere when Elizabeth lands herself in a compromising position that may raise Stan’s suspicions. At least we’ll get to see Keri Russell kick major butt, so there’s that.
Though Henry fears death, he’ll find himself in a compromising position in an upcoming episode. “We will see him take his own life at some point to get out of a bind,” executive producer Matt Miller says, teasing that it will be a real struggle for him.
‘ Ian and Mickey? I can’t wait to see them “out” together!
The good news is that Ian seems like he’s gotten better—though that could just be the calm before the storm—so his relationship with Mickey is going pretty well… if you ignore infidelity. In other relationship news, romance is in the air for Fiona, but not with whom you’d expect.
Best news I’ve heard all week: So say we all.
That’s a wrap on this week’s Spoiler Room. Be sure to email your questions to spoilerroom@ew.com or tweet them to @NatalieAbrams.
