Tristan Evans from The Vamps has shared that he was a bit of a rebel in his school days, admitting that he was more hyperactive than a toddler on a skittles binge during most of his classes.

Yep, after teasing that their new single begins with a W and ends with a Z - a code which we are still trying and failing to decipher, admitting that they find fangirling attractive, and sharing Brooklyn Beckham\'s secret career goals, The Vamps recently decided to sit down and reminisce about their school days.

Tristan revealed that he was ultimately a bit of a nightmare child during his school years, telling Top of The Pops magazine: "I was a pest. I was really hyperactive, would talk back to the teacher and speak to my friends when we were supposed to be working. I did a lot of bad things.

"I was rude and couldn\'t be bothered to do my homework. I got kicked out of class all the time and I even smashed a few windows playing football. I got detention upon detention."

It\'s a stark contrast to the life and times of bandmate James McVey who was actually a total angel during his school years who even made friends with the teachers: "I was too good to get into any big trouble. When I wore my black converse I always got told off. Teachers hate it, but I only got a warning. By the end of school I\'d become friends with most of the teachers and did what I was told."
