Paul - tu knew that Jim was a lovely person and Mike, too, from word around Liverpool, so when Paul asked if tu wanted to meet them tu agreed in ecstasy. tu travelled to 20 Forthlin Road and entered the homely house, a lovely smell emanating from the kitchen. “It’s lovely to meet you” tu announced, shaking hands with Jim and Mike. “Paul, tu didn’t tell us she was beautiful and polite” Mike commented, as Paul replied in retaliation “hands off Mike, she’s mine”. tu spent the rest of the día laughing with his family and eating Jim’s good British food, they accepted tu immediately.
John - tu knew Mimi was a very hard person to impress, so obviously tu were going to feel nervous. “Don’t be anxious, love, she’ll amor tu as much as I do” John whispered, as he knocked the door. It was opened to mostrar a petite, but strong looking woman dressed nicely for the occasion. “Hi Mimi, this is Y/N” John introduced as she looked tu up and down. A small smile spread on her lips as she evaluated me. She turned around, and signalled for us to follow her. The evening was spend por her talking to tu about your education and family. She actually liked you.
George - Harold and Louise Harrison seemed like lovely people, and George had told tu so much about them, so tu wanted to meet them so badly. As tu scanned the restaurant with George, tu spotted a lovely couple sat on a mesa, tabla of four near the back. It was a private restaurant so George wouldn’t be hounded por fans and press. tu walked over and shook their hands, but Louise just laughed and pulled tu in for a big hug. tu loved them already, and the whole time conversation flowed and tu felt perfectly content and in touch with the Harrison family and George could tell as a proud smile spread across his lips.
Ringo - Elsie and Harry had lived in the roughest, poorest parts of Liverpool in Dingle but tu were from a much better background so tu were scared they were going to judge you. tu felt uncomfortable at first, because tu were eager to impress the couple, but tu soon discovered thereafter that they’re actually the kindest people you’d ever met and their background only made them better and stronger people. They had character and life, which tu appreciated and tu knew it would mean the world to Ringo if tu and his parents got along, afterall Harry was the one to buy Ringo his first drum kit, so the lads always had a special occasion and Ringo expressed his main concern of Harry liking you. But he did, and tu remained close to his family for life, having them always there for tu and someone to lean on when Ringo was away.

Our good friend Pete Phillips grandfather was the first person ever to record The Quarrymen who of course became The Beatles, this is an intriguing story about those early recordings.
In 1977, legendary Liverpool DJ Bob Wooler and Alan Williams (the man who took the Beatles to Hamburg in 1960) were involved in organising the first Liverpool Beatles Convention. It took place in October of 1977 (on the weekend of John Lennon’s birthday) at Mr Pickwick’s nightclub in Salter Street, which has since been demolished and is now the site of Liverpool Bus Station. Since the early 1980s the Liverpool Beatles Convention has happened annually and now....(Continues Here: link)
