The Vampire Diaries has the best TV soundtrack- it's actually how I've found a couple of my favorite artists.

I have the Shazam app on my phone. One night a few years back, my father and I were watching Bones.
"Time Lapse Lifeline" started playing and I got really into it. I was able to rewind once the song had finished.
The way my father was looking at me as I was crouched in front of the TV holding my phone to the speaker. He was like, "Really?"
Immediately after I found out the name of the song and artist, I bought it off of iTunes. Great song. Still love it today. <3

^ I would totally do something like that lol. So far it's 'Tunefind' that has helped me do it.

I just discovered Ruelle that way too!

There have been a few times where I have done that,Normally I'd try to listen for any lyrics if I'm interested the song and I would look them up by those lyrics as soon as I was done watching the show and a I found a few songs I like that way!

That's what I do, gotta write the lyrics down too, to make sure that I don't forget them.
