Yes, I have, I saw The Wave which was filmed in Norway and was even spoken in Norwegian. I've also seen a few othere movies that were filmed in places that don't speak in English. It's weird though as The Wave also comes in English, but yet it was on Netflix in Norwegian.

Most of the TV shows I like aren't in English.

I can both speak & understand some other languages, so I can watch films & TV series even in German, French, Russian, Spanish, or Irish Gaelic. I don't need subtitles. It comes handy being a waiter with all those tourists. Btw there's a whole TV programme in Irish Gaelic on RTÉ, the Irish TV. My husband speaks fluent Irish Gaelic & he's a great teacher. Also, I like watching German films & TV series via satellite without any subtitles at all.

I don't even speak English at all in real life so the only answer to this question can be Yes, because I know other languages. We don't speak English in my country yet most people understand English. There is so much to watch in my own language. I mean in both languages that I speak much like my family.
