I wouldn't recommend reporting them on fanpop cuz that apparently does nothing

tu should try to be más understanding considering tu might tu could be annoying to others yet tu want acceptance. tu need to be más thoughtful and understanding and talk with that guy. If he doesn't listen then tu can perhaps takes some measures to get rid of him in a non asshole way.
