Do tu ever have sleep paralysis?

Okay, so I'm not really sure if I have sleep paralysis o not (I don't have dreams/nightmares with it like others have mentioned having), but sometimes I will go to sleep and then wake up, but not be able to talk, open my eyes, o mover at all (I find that the cause of this tends to be when I bundle up too tightly in my blankets when it's cold).

Eventually, though, I will gather up all of my strength in my body that I can and through what seems like sheer will, I will push through somehow and escape from that frozen prison cell. I'll be a little hazy at first, but I'll start moving around and after a while, everything will be back to normal, the way it was supposed to be.

Well, it depends on what dream/nightmare I had. If something I imagined REALLY scared the living daylights out of me, this will happen. Although bundling up in your blankets is the most likely cause for this, tu should see a doctor anyway.

It doesn't happen very often actually. It's once in a blue moon to be honest. It's only actually happened a handful of times in my lifetime. I imagine it'll happen later on, though. I think sometimes a great deal of stress can cause this to happen as well.

Oh yes! I forgot about that one! That's probably why it doesn't happen very often anymore. I'm used to being sleepy now from all the sleep I don't give myself, but greatly need. xD

Yes! That one, too! Sleeping on the back/belly. Although... I haven't had that happen anytime lately... but then again, I usually sleep on my sides. It's most comfortable that way, unless my back hurts and I decide to rest on it... and then fall asleep accidentally. xD

Oh yes! It can definitely be horrifying and I don't even have the nightmares that go along with it like lots of people have.

Yes a lot. Well, if being half-asleep then wanting to wake up and get up but can't counts. If not, then no.
