Is this effecting my health?

I hit a growth spirt recently and well put on...about 20 pounds I used to be 125 now im about 145 . I feel like this is straining my heath and I may be getting over weight I know I feel over weight and I honestly think it maybe effecting my health. Is it normal to put on tis much weight in a growth spirt? And how can I loose it quickly.....please help its driving me insane

Then exercise if tu don't like how much you've gained. Make your body use that fat. No offense

Exercise. tu need to lose that stored fat before it becomes actual fat.

tu can't stay a certain weight your whole life. Gaining a certain amount of weight comes with growing up. My sister was 75 pounds until she hit the age of 13 than she's not overweight por any means, she's skinny but healthy. I know that a lot of young teens think they are unhealthy if they look overweight, but really your not. It's all in your head. tu aren't overweight o obese, obese is over 200 pounds. Which tu obviously aren't. I've seen a lot of these preguntas on here about your weight. If tu keep worrying and stressing about it, tu could gain más weight, gaining a lot of weight can also come with stress. Relax. tu aren't unhealthy. If tu keep thinking like that, tu will be. Not to be mean o anything, just, I think tu should speak to someone, like a counselor about this o your parents. I remember being 13 and I was never this paranoid about my weight, I had más important things in life to worry about and tu do too. We all do. Life doesn't revolve around our weight o body image. Stop worrying about your body image, no one cares about it, it's how tu are as a person, that is what matters.

From lectura the respuestas and your respuestas to them i think tu have a serious problem. Not with your weight but with your perception of self.
Your weight is fine and tu have nothing to worry about. Growth spurts are a natural part of life and as long as tu eat healthily, exercise regularly tu will remain an almost constant weight.

A weight of 145 is nothing to be ashamed o scared of. Hell i would KILL to be that skinny again but tu seem to think you're "obese". If tu think that i think tu need to go to the doctors and speak to a nutritionist and a psychologist because tu are so far away from obese it's scary.
tu don't need to lose the weight, tu need to contain it and keep it in reserve until tu need it.
Just stay healthy. That's the best way to go.

Listen, this is perfectly normal and tu are not fat! To be honest, tu look like tu are the perfect size for your height in that picture. Everyone gains weight when they grow and this is mostly due to the fact that there is más of tu than there was before - más bone and más muscle - so don't worry!
