First of all is the guy IN amor with his girlfriend? And is your friend really IN amor with the guy? Because amor is a strong feeling and a crush gone wild cant always be considered as love. I'd say first be sure that she really loves him. And do tu think the guy is a good guy? Does he seem like someone who is worthy of your friend? And well I just personally think that she should tell him the truth. I went through a similar experience where the girl was cheating on my friend who I also happened to be in amor with at the time. And I told him the truth. I explained to him that as much as it hurt me to do so because I knew it would hurt him to know, that I had to tell him BECAUSE I amor him. And I had to risk losing him. If she tells him she should tell him that "I have to tell tu even if it means that you're not gonna believe me and I might lose tu as a friend. I'm doing it because I amor tu and I want nothing más than to see tu happy, not being lied to" I went a little too long there but I hope it helps. :)
