It's good and I can see that tu put a lot of work in to it. But there is, of course, room for improvement.
The angle looks a bit confusing, partially because the head and the ears aren't harmonizing very well. The ears are at a tilt to the side and are drawn at a front view, like we are looking directly at them. On their own, they're pretty good. Then tu get to looking at the head, which isn't tilted and is at más of an angle rather than being in a front-view. Also, the nose and mouth are slightly off center both with one another and with the general facial structure. The eye is good, but I think it could use más of a detailed shape. Also, tu can try adding a line above it to suggest the shape of an eyelid. The hair could use más detail, too. And try shading with a light fuente and using values that relate to that rather than just laying shades down.
I suggest that tu focus on using guidelines in your work. They take a bit más time to use than just sketching something out where it looks like it goes, but the outcome is worth the time. Also, as I always say, reference is always a great help when you're drawing, for both light fuente and for form. Really take the time to study fotos and even people in your everyday life to see how features of faces work together in proportion to one another and how light affects those features. Take every last detail tu see in to consideration. Detail is important, even for the simplistic styles of anime and cartoons.
I'm also going to suggest that tu use resources and take tips and tricks of professional artists in to consideration. youtube and DeviantART are always good for free sources, and tu can always go to the bookstore o biblioteca for libros filled with tips and tricks. link. He devotes a lot of time in to making tutorials that are detailed and easy to understand and he's recently published a how-to-draw book. He's a good person to start learning from.
But no matter what tu do, don't stop practicing. It may take a while to get to where tu want to be- Hell, I've been learning to draw for 3 o 4 years and I'm still not as good as I would like to be- but it's rewarding in the end to see how much tu improve through practice. It's a long road, but a satisfying one, so don't get discouraged if what tu do isn't perfect. Just keep it up and you'll be improving in no time.
