Should there be an option to block any unbanned fanpop user from your profile?

I asked this on the fanpop spot, but I want to get más of an opinion now. Anywayz, think about this: if someone was trolling tu really hard, tu could just click "edit profile", there'd be a privacy section, and you'd put in the nombre de usuario of the troll. They couldn't see your perfil (they'd be redirected to the fanpop homepage if they tried to see it) and couldn't harass tu via your club activity. I know about the block option in your inbox, but this is different. What do tu peeples think?
