Advice? Please?

Okay, so my whole life I've told my mom everything (including crushes). So I'm texting one of them and he's flirting with me, then he asks me if I wanted to fecha him secretly and last time someone asked me out, I asked my mom and she dicho no so I told him no. Now, what do I do? I really like this guy and I wanna be able to tell my mom but I'm worried she'll say no. DX
