lolz now im no docter but...uhhh u shud sleep alot and eat lots veggies......but really thats kinda crazy because tu cant make your self grow taller..it has to be in your genes tu know what i mean??
Well, first tu need to find 2 people. Then, tu have them help tu tie one rope to your hands, and one to your legs. After that, each person grabs a rope and pulls with all of their might. tu should grow taller. If not, then tu might wanna see a chiropractor.
ok, tu may have already passed your growth spurts o tu may be due for another anytime, depends how far along in your teens tu are and when tu started going through puberty. there is no "magic pill" to make tu taller, but if tu eat right and get your vitamins tu can grow up relatively pain-free. Most girls stop growing taller por the time they hit their twenties, some sooner. Dont worry about how tall tu are, just be happy with who tu are! I am a little short for girls my age but i am finding that being little has its own advantages.
