In between the Season 4 Finale and the Season 5 Premiere, which isn’t until April, HBO has done a very good job of providing fans with just enough information from the new season to keep fans on the edge of their seats without giving away very much at all.
Unfortunately, the little tidbits only last for so long. Eventually, fans like us are going to want something a little more substantial. Well, it seems as if HBO has found something that will not only fit their bill, but also fall into the vein of not really giving much away in the means of spoilers.
HBO has released their “Yearender,” which is where they chronicle some of the biggest moments from their best series in one compact little video. Towards the end of the “Yearender” they always give us a look at what we can look forward to in the coming year.
This year, one of those things just happen to be the fifth season of
Now, as we mentioned before, the short footage – which doesn’t really get started until the 1:37 mark in the video in case that is your main concern – doesn’t give away much in the means of spoilers. This has a lot to do with the fact that there is no audio from the series attached to the file.
On the flip side, it gives us a look at what Tyrion Lannister is up to now that he has laid siege to members of his family, and attempted to make his escape after his trial by combat did not go quite according to plan.
We also get a look at Jon Snow as he fights off the biting winter at the wall, Arya as she embarks on the new leg in her journey, and Cersei as she prepares for her walk of shame.
