Tom Bombadil, without a doubt!!

It's been a while since I've read the books, and I only read them once, so I don't remember most of these people, but I do remember Tom Bombadil, and I think it would have been interesting to see him in the movie.

I think it would have been good to show that not everyone is affected by the ring. It was a good point.

Thranduil and Balin

Thranduil and Tom Bombadil. Tom because that's actually part of it and Thranduil because he's Legolas' father.

Or Balin.

Oh my GOD. I hate Tom Bombadil SO much. He is such an annoying little fucker who keeps the plot from moving on. But Elrond's sins could have been so sexy and funny. They'd have made a comedy side of the movies, which I personally miss. Oh, like Weasley twins. Why didn't they include them???? :((((

Not Bombadil - pleeease not Bombadil!! I was cringing through the whole book when I read the parts he was in! Balin comes in close second to mine.
