What better way to kick off your Tuesday morning than with a super sexy selfie from one of your favorite boy banders?

Well, thanks to Liam Payne and his washboard abs, we got just that.

The One Direction crooner started off our morning on a high note when he took to Instagram to share a swoon-worthy, shirtless picture that almost made us spit out our coffee.

"Christmas weight dusted!!" he captioned the photo, making us feel a little guilty about all the leftover Christmas cookies we\'ve been devouring.

Ripped abs aside, we also can\'t help but comment on another jaw-dropping aspect of the photo: that

! Who knew Liam was rocking that much body hair?! So manly.

Meanwhile, the photo is all the more delectable knowing Mr. Payne is a single man. E! News confirmed the pop star split from his longtime girlfriend, Sophia Smith, in October.

Though he never addressed the split publically, he did take to Twitter the day after news of the break up hit the press, writing, "I love how music is always there for you when you need it most x."

As for the cause of the split? Liam had stated before that he wasn\'t ready to settle down at a young age.

"We have talked about marriage, but 22 seems a bit young for us," he told

magazine in September. "Sophia needs to go off and do what she wants to do. I don\'t want her to be one of those stay-at-home girlfriends who doesn\'t really do much."
