First, make arrangements for a meeting place. Make sure your location will be available when ever tu plan to have your meetings.

Make a schedule. Plan ahead what día and time tu will have your meetings to keep members from getting confused. Make sure that time works for the majority of the members.

Sketch a long curve. Then draw another shorter curve opposite the first. Add slightly curved lines down from each end. This is the basic eye.
