Junsu thanks EBS for helping him finally perform on a music show after six years

During his recent filming for EBS\'s \'Space Sympathy,\' JYJ\'s Junsu revealed that he thought he would never be able to perform on broadcast, bringing the fans to happy tears. 

He said during an intimate concert broadcasting at EBS Space Hall, "I am a singer, but it\'s been almost six years since I was able to go on a broadcasted music program. I am glad. I am on a music program right now, but I thought that I would never be able to go on music programs [up to now]. I want to relay my gratitude towards the director of EBS and the director of \'Space Sympathy\' for helping me perform on stage and be aired [on television]."

On this day, Junsu was given the chance to communicate with the audience members who attended the recording; after his live performance of "

Rich" and "11AM," he shared with them that he prefers to perform with a band.

Junsu said, "I like to sing with a band. I prefer to sing with a few simple instruments [in the background].  I thought that it would be great to appear on the program because there aren\'t many places that get broadcasted like this where you can communicate with the audience on such an intimate level." 

Meanwhile, the filming for EBS \'Space Sympathy\' was Junsu\'s first appearance on broadcast since six years ago when he and fellow JYJ members were involved in a muddy lawsuit with

It\'s weird to congratulate a SINGER going to a music program. It\'s very sad and it hurts alot. I can image how Junsu feels. I\'m very grateful for EBS and happy for Junsu.

EBS is really amazing. Other agencies should be ashamed. 

This made my day and I cried along with Junsu.

Although i can\'t watch it live, those in Korea (fans of anyone) need to make sure they watch it and it gets high ratings. Just because that\'s all these stations really care about, and if they see that having a JYJ member on broadcast increases viewership, perhaps they will lift their ban and think that banning idols over legal disputes with a powerful company isn\'t a good idea? Also, it\'ll thank that kind director for giving Junsu this chance.

Hallelujah, this should be on the Guinness book as the director who is man enough to invite a member of JYJ. I hope those who were there enjoyed listening to Junsu  marvelous voice. Fighting!!!!

i\'m not a very big JYJ fan but this honestly made me choke up. the broadcast ban is sO FUCKING RIDICULOUS! I\'m so happy for him and i hope he and the other two will one day be able to perform on a music show as a trio! it\'s a shame that they too are singers but SM has selfishly taken a big part of their careers away like that. 

Junsu is amazing. He is doing really well on his own. I know that his hyungs are very proud of him.

I heard a reporter asked Junsu if he wants to appear on broadast, to which he started crying. Really this made me cry so much.

Well he does not care about what people think about his style, he said it many times: he does not like fashion. His talent is more important than his hair ^^

JYJ are really amazing for being able to succeed without doing music shows and being prodcasted

Has I read his comments he made toward his pass struggle and his loving fans, I try not to cry, yet he knows, that this maybe the only time he will be able to sing on TV. Even though for 6 years he has not needed to be on TV and succeeded without it, this his dream to finally share his beautiful talent and voice to those few viewers who is unknown by him. It was the most precious moment for his fans and I hope it continues. Has a JYJ fan it was so heartfelt and in a way a triumph to see this moment, to know what they have been through, to have to work 1000 time harder than any other artist in Korea or anywhere in the world, to fight to have their artistic freedom, to know that we love these three courageous men so much, they never gave up. JYJ will always be my mentor.
