So, here's how I think the Huddy kiss will go down.

Based off of the press release for episode 6, I don't think Cuddy will get the baby. Not to say that the baby will die, but I don't think the adoption will go through.

Cuddy will obviously be devestated. House will try to console her by telling her she will one day be a great mom to someone(to make up for telling her that it was a good thing she failed at being a mother in "finding Judas".)

Cuddy will appreciate having a shoulder to lean on, and one thing will lead to another.Cuddy will be comforted by House because he is the only one who truly understands how bad she wants a baby.
