Chapter 3: Wrong
Thank God I got through yesterday! However, I’m somehow reassured I’m going to get in some kind of trouble today… I don’t know why… And I’m almost positive something awkward is going to happen…
I have already had two classes today and I am ready to start the segundo día of working at PPTH. I already feel sorry for my classmates because they aren’t really going to experience real medicine until their specialization. At least I was a bit ahead, ok, I won’t lie, I was a lot ahead, but I guess I’m just that lucky!
I was almost at the door of my apartment with everything I needed when I checked my mobile phone just in case I got a message o miss a phone call while I was listening to oncology and psychology class earlier not 30 minutos ago. And what did I find!! I got 14 missed phone calls and 2 unread messages and all of them from House, at least that’s what dicho at the bottom of the messages!! They also dicho I was supposed to be at clinic at 9 am! I don’t remember House telling me I have to come earlier. And I don’t remember giving him my phone number either!!
Anyway, I drove the fastest I could not to get a speeding ticket and to get to PPTH as soon as I can because I was already 45 minutos late!!
I got to the clinic running through the hospital halls as I tried not to hit anyone while I was putting my capa on.
House was, as I expected, already waiting for me leaned on examination room 4 door tapping his cane on the ground in a familiar beat.
I tried to get hair from my lips as it conveniently stuck to the lip-gloss I put on this morning, that I thought they were lying about when they dicho it lasted six hours, when I asked: “Isn’t that ‘You can’t…”
“ What are tu doing here? I told tu I don’t want to see tu until 10 am today! tu didn’t obey your superior’s order!” House interrupted me, leaving me a bit confused.
“But tu texted me I was supposed to be here por 9!” I tied to say calmly but I realized I shouted out the last part of the sentence.
“Is that it? I somehow don’t remember texting you… But I do remember that you’re supposed to get some kind of punishment if tu fail to obey me… Hm, how could I supposedly punish you?”
I didn’t like this; I didn’t like this at all! I knew exactly what he was going to say and I really really really wish I hadn’t dicho anything about how I feel sorry for those inexperienced students and how lucky I was!
“Please, dr. House, I…” I almost begged as I could see his lips form into an evil smile.
“You… are going to stay here doing not only yours but also mine clinic duty not being allowed to visit the patient o participate in diagnosing.” He dicho in satisfied voice.
“Now excuse me, I think I have a patient…” dicho House handing me a pile of cases, some of them dropping on the floor. As I kneeled to pick them up, House inappropriately yelled: “That is so not the way you’re going to escape clinic duty, I am a man, but I do have some moral!”
He went away to the elevator, smiling when door started to close and I find myself being awkwardly looked por everyone in the waiting room and I believe I caught a glance of some nurses that passed por giggling.
So, that awkward moment passed. Now, I just have to wait to get into that trouble which I was having a strong feeling would happen later today. o why should I wait?
I could get in trouble por myself.

The first patient on the lista was this thirteen-year-old boy who I had to explain that too much pleasing yourself could get really bad. tu know what I mean. Unfortunately, he didn’t. siguiente I had a middle-aged man who was constipated and had to be dado some good consejos on how to eat healthy. There was this one girl that kept eating her toys, which looked lie real food, tu know the ones tu played with at your té party? Well, I had to explain the parents that the best thing to do is to give her real real comida when she’s playing, so she wouldn’t choke every time. I hope that helps. Now, I’m waiting for my siguiente patient to come in, hoping it’s something interesting. The only thing that’s still keeping me from going to my patient was that she really wasn’t so interesting. At least I had that impression. I wonder what the team is doing…
Oh, I hear knocking!
“Come in!” I shouted so the siguiente patient could hear me.

House was in his office watching soap when Taub knocked on his door. The diagnostician pretended he didn’t hear anything and tried to concentrate hard on the sop while Taub was still knocking. House was really pissed so he shouted at Taub telling him he can’t come in, but the plastic surgeon did anyway.
“What do tu want, I am busy!” House complained.
“We haven’t been doing anything for hours. We spent the whole night doing nothing because tu decided tu wanted to keep the patient, which tu have already diagnosed with Colitis! And I’m not saying I am right, but I think you’re holding the patient so tu wouldn’t have to admit Summer was right.” Taub said, satisfied he took courage to confront his boss after all night of thinking about how he’d do it. He was sure he was going to get scolded, though.
House was about to say something when he saw Kutner rushing for the office door.
“Guys, our patient has a new symptom!” Kutner dicho in amusement.
tu could tell how pleased House was to say: “I guess tu were wrong Taub, again.”
