I seriously doubt she will be. breaking dawn started filming earlier this year(i know this because those stupid things on youtube poped up and dicho braking dawn casting hurry tu might get a part wouldnt leave me alone.) and helena plays the red queen in alice in wonderland, which the filming ended in early Feburary. and i think now she's working on another Tim Butron masterpiece. not sure about that. but i do know she is not in breaking dawn. Twilight sucks.
