I know tu folks are tired of hearing about crediting images. I'm not here to beat that into your head yet again. I've already done that... and I continue to do it in comentarios on your imágenes when tu forget.
No. This time I am here to give tu a helpful tip. A lot of tu have paid attention and are now putting a credit on your images. Thank tu for that! The problem now is a lack of film knowledge, which is very forgivable.
tu see, when it comes to movies, forget what I dicho earlier about crediting the website tu got the image from if tu can't find the actual owner of the image. With movies, that goes out the window.
tu see, when it comes to movie stills, the original Studio retains the rights to all imágenes from the movie.
Don't start groaning. This actually makes things easier for you! I promise!

That's all ya need. Oh not as a credit, but as the number one resource for finding which studio owns the rights to the movie (and the screen shots.)
No más having to copy and paste numerous websites during your mad screenshot spree. Just go to imdb and look up the studio that released the film. Bam. Done. That credit goes on all those images.
Now obviously if a shot has been artistically altered then yeah keep putting who altered it... I think.
Me, I try to go with the studio when in doubt. They are the ones with the big legal pistolas who could cause problems for fanpop in the future... and likely the person over on facebook o Myspace who put cute little words on those imágenes did not get the Studio's permission to do so. It's just safer from a legal standpoint to always credit the studio ;)
There. That wasn't so painful, now was it?

This topic may already exist as a soapbox but I have to say that things on certain spots seem to being rated one estrella CONSTANTLY. People have complained in foros on más than one occasion, no fan would rate something one estrella if they liked the subject the spot was dedicated to, has anyone else noticed this on any spots?
It happens on the One árbol colina spot, and others related to it, I'm sure that someone else is really annoyed about this!! It is really childish! Sometimes it is pages of content all rated one estrella and somehow I feel convincedthat it is NOT a coincidence!!!
Can tu please comment!
