Trouble downloading pictures!

I'm just wandering if others on here are having problems downloading pictures like I am. For the past couple of days, I've tried downloading pictures and fanpop keeps deleting them. There is nothing wrong with the pictures, they aren't too big, there's no nudity o anything else that is offensive, they just won't download. So, I wonder if it is my computer o if it's just fanpop.

the pics in the encuestas got fixed, but now it came back. i tried adding pic to some of my encuestas i was making in my club, and they would not load. so i just published them without the pics
