We really need help with this

This user; link is spamming hate in this; link club through photos, respuestas and polls. Mostly polls.

The user also sends death threats to other fans. He (Assuming he's a guy) has sent me two death threats where he tells me that he wishes me to kill myself. He also sent me third one where he dicho he wished my mom to die from cancer.

This is his /fourth/ account. His former accounts have already been removed and he doesn't stop despite our warnings.

What should we do?

Oops, I read it wrong. It's /brain/ cancer.

Attacks and death threats are a big no-no, so tu (and anyone else who reported them) did the right thing. On some websites, it's possible for admins to ban a person's IP address, which stops them from being able to create any más accounts even if they are using different correo electrónico addresses. I don't know if fanpop can do that, but it would at least solve this problem until the user's IP address changes.

Otherwise, keep reporting anything horrible tu see them do (make sure the fanpop staff can see exactly what it is they're doing wrong, so link them to the death threats and other nasty things) and they can at least make sure the troublesome user doesn't stay around for very long.

Also, it might be a good idea to make sure tu (and other people) do not respond to the user. Don't feed the trolls, y'know? Just reportar them immediately.

The user has made 12 accounts in total so far and all of them have been removed. I don't really think it matters if we say something o not. The user just keeps coming back anyway despite having literally everyone in the club against them. But we'll do our best. Thanks for the answer.
