Do tu know the movie “Identity” where a group of people is trapped in a motel in the middle of nowhere during a storm? I won’t spoil it for those who still want to watch it, but the situation – and even the world – of those people is not normal. And each of those people has his o her birthday on May 10th. So, is this a coincidence o is there something mystical about that date? That is what we have been shown – and even told – throughout the series about compulsion. I just can’t get over people not expecting Elena’s inner loneliness, emptiness etc. and her not knowing about a reason not to be interested in boys leading to problems. So tu think it was wrong of Stefan to give up even though he was chasing every lead for months and all were dead ends? I know a crap load of characters get resurrected all the damn time but the other side doesn't exist anymore so for all everyone knows Damon and Bonnie are gone for good. Stefan lost his brother and constantly trying to bring him back is really hard on him. How long do tu think he should try to bring them back before moving on and living his life? hace más de un año

I also don’t think that this will actually work, but I still like the idea of it. Anyway, I just wanted to remind people that Stefan is a broken character, too, although I also can’t believe that I somehow defend him. But I have always believed that nobody should be judged por the way in which he o she reacts to grief, though I admit that Stefan’s way is not a good one; but it is just so damn fitting for his spoiled character. hace más de un año

So, now we know! The first moment when Elena truly loved Damon was in 3.01 when Damon gave her the necklace. So, no sire bond, and nothing else that can imply that Elena's amor was not real. She just saw what we already knew. That Damon was selfless all along when it came to her.

What do tu think? I'm sure noone expected that this scene would be the significant moment but i completely understand why Elena loved him! Do tu rather would prefer other scene? Sooner o later than 3.01? publicado hace más de un año

I want to see exactly what happened after elena picked damon is s5. Like they talk about this amazing summer they had together but no one saw it:/ because the writers decide to just fast adelante, hacia adelante and tell us what happened and now S6 I want to see what happened right after damon and bonnie died. about the Steroline thing- I think it was written that way exactly for open interpretation, and also so it could serve as a romantic undertone. The triángulo, triángulo de itself never annoyed me that much. It was the fandom that made such a drama of it (and yes, the advertising). I'm hardcore DE, but I'm not bothered por SE scenes at all. Like I dicho before, falling in amor is a process (especially for Delena and their slow build up). But they perhaps only look for the initial spark. Anyway, I think that this storyline is there to make Elena (and the others) realize that she fell in amor with Damon way before she thought that she did (“the scared little girl that couldn’t admit what she wanted”). hace más de un año

But I don’t like Elena already talking about falling in amor again. I understand why they made her say that, now that they tease us with the possibility of her getting a new amor interest. But falling in amor should either be the last thing on her mind now o she should ask Alaric to also compel her to never fall in amor again, to avoid suffering from más heartache. Although Elena knows that she will never experience anything close to the deepness of the true amor that she shares with Damon anyway. But I would have preferred her to only say that she wants to make eternity bearable o to add something different (ever laugh again, ever be happy again, ever enjoy life again, …). I just saw the promo and i think that Alaric compelling Elena will be super angsty...i mean come on, making Elena forget Damon o her amor for him is a writer's angst wet dream. i think alaric will probably do what elena wants and have her forget her amor for damon cuz the grief is just too unbearable and it may seem to be the only way for her to mover on but i get the feeling that if and when that happens elena will subconsciously only be attracted to people that remind her of damon which will probably alarm all her friends. wouldn't it be great that if even being compelled por a vampire that can compel other vampiros still wouldn't be stronger than her amor for damon! publicado hace más de un año

serious effects on DE. I see a lot of DE fans on Twitter r excited about S6 but I’m really worried. I believe us DE fans can only watch the first 2 episodes for DE while the rest of the season is filled with DB n SE bullshit. If this is true --- which I know it is, I hope the ratings drop further n I want this to be the last season but I believe this wont happen. I don't know what you're talking about. Yes, DE were pushed to the sideways a lot during most of season 5, but it had nothing to do with the direction the mostrar was going, and everything to do with Caroline Dries not being able to handle their storyline properly. There was a lot of damage control done from 5x16 onwards, which put DE in the center again, as they deserve. hace más de un año

I’ve seen the latest news regarding Nian shows that both of them r fighting on set, it has to do with ever since he brought his perra girlfriend, nikki, on set. This caused some serious trouble for Nina, she even threatened to quit the show, also due to this, she just wants the writers to keep Damon far from Elena --- alright, this is so messed up. I think Stefan has too much of a martyr complex to make any moves on his dead brother's girlfriend, o take advantage of any vulnerable state o situation Elena may be in. IF she does initiate a kiss o something, it could well be that she's not thinking straight because she's half-crazed with grief. She's suffered a huge loss and grief sometimes makes people act in ways they wouldn't. If she did, then I can't see Stefan reciprocating. hace más de un año

So the latest issue is that due to Ian and Nina's complete and utter incapability to act professional onset (Not my words - various articles') the writers are apparently seeing it fit to change the main couple around back to Stefan and Elena and avoid Damon/Elena scenes due to tension and fighting between Ian and Nina.
Now I don't know if this is true, unlikely due to tabloids' reputations for being complete nonsense but if so this is very upsetting and unfair of them. publicado hace más de un año

Well, this has to be untrue. How do the writers of these 'various articles' know how Ian and Nina are actuación on-set? Are they there to witness them being unable to be around each other? Have they seen it with their own eyes? Have any of the cast picked up the phone and blabbed to the tabloids how incapable they are of being civil to each other? I know this is advertising S6 and that's the reason why DE are on opposite sides of the picture, but I still don't like it, mainly because SE are holding hands even though they're not together anymore and Bonnie/Kat is wearing a super low-cut dress and clutching Damon's chaqueta as if she's afraid he'll break away from her o something. The Bamon fans overreact to everything, so I just know they'll be all over that. So yeah, a bit disappointing, but I'm too secure about DE to let it bother me. hace más de un año

There is a difference between not admitting the end directly, even something like a “we will see what might happen” from time to time, and willingly misleading – o trying to mislead even against the más than obvious – the audience in such an extreme way. There is truly no sense in making things look so extremely like they in reality are not, while the blind fans will continue ignoring anyway and already build their ships on “fake” o nothing at all. And the worried fans will go on fearing even with much less, while the por far biggest fanbase only gets pissed; things are only shown in that way to upset people, and that already scares viewers away and will in the end cause trouble with the ones that were misled. hace más de un año

One of the things that make DE that beautiful is that there is a hidden meaning in everything leading to them ending up together, but I am still worried that this form of advertising will continue until the end, although it requires time to end things properly (more than only the last episode of the show), for example to give Stefan a real development and a right end. But I only care about Delena anyway (and they take their time and are built with carefulness in detail), my confidence in the DE endgame is still as strong as ever, and I am not allowing the stupid promotional work to destroy my Delena happiness. The story itself, the deep meaning behind everything and all of the other important things speak – o even scream - for our cause, and that is everything that counts. hace más de un año

Yeah, it is a hallucination because of the drugs! I don’t expect Damon to have a way to communicate with anyone in the real world already at the beginning (either later o not at all before his return). But even más important than the difference between real and hallucinated is the one between with and without the possibility of coming back. Without any hope of ever getting back to Elena, Damon would selflessly want Elena to mover and have a happy life without him; and Elena knows him well enough to put that in the Damon that her subconsciousness comes up with. But Damon still exists somehow and – like it is dicho below – his one goal will be to return to Elena (and Stefan and the others). hace más de un año

I'm sure it's hallucinations, but I don't think it would be OOC for Damon to say that. Yes, he loves Elena más than anything, but he also believes they are bound to end, sooner o later. Their whole arc in S5 was about that, and if tu look at their reunion in the end it wasn't much of a "screw the universe, our amor prevails!" And más of a "we know we are doomed to end, but let's enjoy our time left". Damon also dicho "it can't get any better than this" in his goodbye speech. hace más de un año

The media always twist everything to attract readers, so that's honestly not new. If, at this point, tu can believe that Damon could EVER be in amor with anyone other than Elena, and that Elena will be with someone else when it's clear as día that Damon is the amor of her life, then you've not been watching the mostrar (or understood the writing). SE and DB will not occur romantically; both relationships will be friendships. DE is endgame, and it couldn't be any más obvious, thanks to Season 5. hace más de un año
