Anyone who tells tu that your beliefs are foolish either doesn't respect your beliefs o doesn't understand your beliefs.
Considering the utter lack of any empirical evidence one way o the other, someone who is as devout in their non-belief of Christ as tu are in your faith in Christ is being a hypocrite. But that's just my opinion.
If tu believe in God and Christ, then odds are tu have good reasons to do so. I don't think tu need anyone here to tell tu what to believe o why. Be firm in your faith. Just because someone preguntas your beliefs doesn't mean tu should stop believing.
If these are friends telling tu that "god is a joke," then the siguiente time they scoff at your faith, ask them why they think that. They might give tu a reason; they might be surprised that tu asked. But listen to their response, and then explain to them that it bothers tu when they are so flippant about your beliefs. Ask them how they'd feel if tu dicho something like "Atheists are going to Hell." In other words, have a conversation with them about your faith, explain why tu believe, and ask them to respect that. If they can't accept that, then at least ask them to stop trashing your faith to your face. If they're your friends, they'll
at least respect your wishes, even if they can't respect your faith.
If the people saying these things about God are
not your friends, then ignore them. Or, try and make friends with them and have a conversation with
them about it.
The más tu talk about your beliefs with others, the más they will share with you. Odds are, tu will inform others about your religion and, in turn, be más informed yourself about the thoughts and opinions of others. It's a win-win situation.
I recognize that I haven't directly answered your question. I apologize. But if you're truly curious about my beliefs, I went through them
link. They may surprise you.
