Ur not crazy. A lot of Zutarians think that. I kind of feel bad for all the Zutarians. That pair didn't end up being and now they find out that Katara and Aang had three children and 4 possibly more grandchildren! If I was a Zutarian, I would e pretty bummed out right about now.

Hm, In my mind Katara had a brief affair with Zuko but then decided to put her duties to her nation in front of her and broke it off but they secretly still loved each other the whole time! :)

If Zuko and Katara got together it would break the character cohesion in the story. The character traits already set up for Katara and Zuko makes them completely incompatible. Mai is the only character in the show able to deal with all of Zuko's anger and rage. Aang is the only character able to give katara the kind of attention she needs. Imagine if Zuko ever lost it and hurt Katara. She would never forgive him.

Zutara is just a fanservious eye candy pairing. I mean seriously, body would be this crazy on it if it wasn't for that Chibi short. Zuko belongs with Mei, because he actually loves her and known her since they were kids. Aang belongs with Katara, because of the actually story!

I could never really bring myself to ship Zutara or Kataang if I'm honest. However, I am very much opposed to Zutara, and I don't mind Kataang, so.. I'm glad things happened the way they did. (also I love Kataang's kids <3)

We knew from the first episode in Avatar The Last Airbender that Katara was meant for Aang so it's time we accept that and stop acting shocked it didn't happen. Poor Aang.. Zuko is already the most liked character plus best written redemtion arc etc how would Bryke allow Zuko to steal the girl that was created for him from the start also? At least he ended up with Katara since Zuko clearly got the fans like me and you.

It's annoying that everyone thinks Katara and Zuko should be a thing, just because Aang isn't macho. I think Katara and Aang are great together, as they are both sensitive and kind characters.
