I like Romi Park/Paku as Noboru Maeda/Turtle, the short little guy from Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin. He's funny and he likes to bite people! xD Well, no. He only bites people because they're evil to his friends and him. Like, really evil. Very bloody. Mhmm. >.>

Noriaki Sugiyama. He has Different Voice roles in All the animes I know. Like:
