I really want to learn Yoga to be más healthy and less stressed. Does anybody have any good tips of how to get started?. I can not go out to classes I have to learn at home. Which style of yoga is best for beginners?

Tomorrow is "21 June International Yoga day" and everyone around the world will perform yoga. In India every Saturday/ Wednesday in the morning school kids do several exercises along yoga. I don't know about all but beginner should know Surya Namaskara. I am posting a pic of Surya Naksara.

Without the Sun, there will be no life on Earth. Surya Namaskar o Sun Salutation is a very ancient technique of paying respect o expressing gratitude to the Sun that is the fuente of all forms of life on the planet.
Now just knowing how to do Surya Namaskar is not enough. It is also important to understand the science behind this very ancient technique, because a deeper understanding will bring forth the right outlook and approach towards this very sacred and powerful yogic technique.
The Science behind Surya Namaskar
It has been dicho (by the ancient Rishis of India) that the different parts of the body are governed por different Devas (divine impulses o divine light). The solar plexus (located behind the navel, which is the central point of the human body) is dicho to be connected with the Sun. This is the main reason why the ancient Rishis recommended the practice of Surya Namaskar, because the regular practice of this technique enhances the solar plexus, which increases one's creativity and intuitive abilities.
