Ace was still at my house a week later. I'd managed to get no information from anyone on when Echo was coming back. It couldn't be much longer, right? She had to come back sometime. I began to worry. They were bound to find out why she cut herself. What would happen when she got back? Would they take her and Ace away? Would I ever see her again?
I became very lonely.
I ate lunch alone. I went inicial alone. I did everything alone at school. I had no other friends at school; not that I was complaining. I didn't really want any other friends. Echo was the greatest friend I could ever ask for. It'd be greedy of me to ask for someone else as well.
Then one day, someone decided to registrarse me at lunch.
"Hey," he smiled. I swallowed my food, and stared up at him. I didn't trust him.
"Um... Hi, Asher," I dicho confused. Sure, he was nice for helping me a couple weeks ago. But why was he here now? From what I'd learned so far, guys being nice to me was nothing but trouble.
"Mind if I have lunch with you?" he asked. I shrugged and he sat down siguiente to me in the hallway.
"Umm... Can I ask why?" I asked.
"You seem kinda lonely. I thought I'd like to keep tu company."
"Why?" I asked again.
"Because... tu seem nice," he smiled. "And I wanted to get to know tu more." I sighed and rolled my eyes.
"Great..." I muttered.
"What?"
"Nothing, it's just..."
"What?" he asked again. I shook my head. "Come on. Tell me," he urged, smiling. I looked him over, trying to decide whether o not to tell him. He had dark brown hair, that was nearly black. It was kind of long, and almost covered his eyes. I bit my lip, then sighed.
"It's just... things didn't go so well the last time someone dicho that to me." He nodded thoughtfully.
"Was it Foster?" he asked. I blushed and nodded my head timidly. "Well, I'm not like him. What he did to tu was just... terrible. And... we can just be friends. If tu want," he added on. I opened my mouth to speak, but I didn't know what to say.
"Umm... Sure," I said. I was hoping I wouldn't regret this later.

Asher kept me company. He turned out to be a really nice guy. It was almost like having Echo there, even. In a way. He didn't act like her, o look like her at all. But it was still nice to have someone there. He listened when I had something to talk about, and he loved to registrarse in.
He even came over after school a couple times. I took Ace to the park, and he'd come with, and play baloncesto o football with him; things I didn't really have interest in.
"When do tu think she's coming back?" Asher asked one día at the park. Ace was swinging on the swings, and Asher and I sat on the bench.
"Soon, I hope," I sighed. It'd been a little over two weeks since Echo had left. I was starting to miss her más than ever. Even the thought of her nearly brought me to tears at times.
"Yeah," Asher agreed. "Listen, uh... Would tu still hang out with me, even when she comes back?" I looked at him. He seemed thoughtful, but sad and concerned.
"Yeah," I said. "Of course. Why wouldn't I?"
"I don't know," he shrugged. "It's just.... tu two were so closely knit. I'd wanted to talk to tu before, but... I didn't want to intrude on your friendship with Echo."
"Well... tu shouldn't have. Sure, she's my best friend and all, but... I can have más than one best friend." I was kind of struck por the truth of my own words. Before, I hadn't wanted anyone but Echo. She's my friend. My only friend. But now that I'd met Asher... Maybe having más friends wouldn't be such a bad thing.
"Thanks, Cosette. I'm glad we're friends," he smiled. I smiled back.
So was I.
A couple hours later, it started to get late.
"We should probably go," I said. I called Ace's name.
"Yeah," Asher agreed. "I'll see ya later, Cosette." He hugged acme, then started on his way home.
"Aw, do we have to go?" Ace complained.
"Yes," I said. "It's getting late." He took my hand, and held it as we started walking home.
"She is coming back, isn't she?" he asked. He looked up at me with big eyes.
"Yes, she is," I said.
"When?"
"I don't know, Ace," I sighed. I hated to admit it.
We got home, and Ace went to the bathroom to clean up before dinner. I started it after I washed my hands in the cocina sink.
"How was your day?" Grandma asked from the table.
"Ok," I shrugged. "I just took Ace to the park. Asher came with. How was your day?"
"Alright. Um... There's someone here to see you." I looked up from the pot.
"Huh?" Grandma nodded to the living room.
"Go say hello. Your visitor's been waiting a while to see you." She smiled mischievously. I furrowed my eyebrows, and slowly walked to the living room.
"Hi, Cosette," the visitor said.
"Oh my..." I couldn't finish.
I was frozen solid.

As Molly's parents notice their daughter actuación strange, they start to worry. She always asks to set the mesa, tabla for an extra person, and she always talks to herself in her room.
Sierra is being fueled por something that's in their house, and she's feeding supernaturally off of Molly's body, and strange things start to happen in the house.
Anonymous laughing, horrifying screams, eerie whispering, problems with the power, and worse. Molly gets weaker.
On this supernatural journey, Molly's parents will try to fight something that's beyond them, whatever it takes to save their daughter's life.

tu don’t live this life,
you’re becoming a shadow
of your destiny.
This cruel fate hates
your laughter,
loving your pain that
sleeps inside your
broken heart.
Broken and tired
of all these lost fights,
your life becomes
invisible
and tu don’t care anymore,
but tu do,
tu still do.
You’re trying to see
through this fog,
you’re still fighting
for that day,
the día of your peace.
Your path is full of
thorns that are stabbing tu
directly into your hope,
tearing your soul apart,
you’re on the wings of powerlessness.
hola Mom,
It's been a while
Since tu sat siguiente to me,
Since I saw tu smile
I miss tu Mom
I wish tu were here
Giving me kisses
Holding me near
I can still see tu Mom,
the laughing happy you
Not the ill broken women
Who broke my corazón in two
I'll always remember Mom,
tu taught me well
To do good things,
And with Honesty tell
I'm telling tu Mom
Losing tu killed me
Laying a rose on your casket
Trying hard to be
Strong.
That's what tu were Mom,
Strong.
In everything tu said
In everything tu did
So now I'll be just that
Strong like a mother, not like a kid
I wrote this in honor of any child who has ever lost a parent.
