I was a wolf, a lone lobo to be exact. I roamed the cities never staying in one place for too long, afraid to be found out por the humans that I was a wolf. This was my life, empty, alone, I had no pack and no pack had me. That was until I met him. He was different from other lobos I had met. He smelled of a different scent, the scent of freedom. He told me of a place called Paradise, it was a place for the wolves, where no human could hurt us. He dicho that every lobo would one día make it to Paradise.

The two-volume manga adaptation includes some of the core events of the anime series with few changes, but as a whole the manga veers greatly from its anime inspiration.
