Actually, they aren't because Kaname is an ancestor of the Kuran Clan. He was also revived por Rido. Yuki's parents though, are sibilings, and had her.

Anyway, they are not blood related. Their amor for each other is stronger than any muro and barrier. Yuki has always loved and cared for Kaname. She loves him as a brother and lover. Same for Kaname. It sometimes reminds me of my bro and I. (Not the whole kissing, fiancee thing) but we amor each other as sibilings and always will.
