IOTY- Icon of the Year

Hi fanpoppers! Its me hellgirl223 and this is a just a short articulo which basically talks about the IOTY (Icon of the Year) and the preguntas frecuentes (Frequently asked Questions) and rules about the IOTY. There are only 2 VERY simple rules tu have to follow and well, this is my first guide articulo and well...here it goes!

Rules:
1) The very first simple rule, participants should have an icono (not a normal user fanpop icon).
2) Please do NOT vote for yourself!
3) iconos must be credited. If tu created it yourself then, Ok, but still write the name =)

Easy right? Ok, lets get on with the preguntas frecuentes of the IOTY. If there is any preguntas frecuentes tu would like me to put on the article, then just message me o write it on the comentarios :D

1) What is the IOTY?
The IOTY stands for icono of the Year. It is a yearly pick that Fanpoppers can vote to mostrar which Fanpopper has the best icono of the Year.

2) Who started the icono of the Year?
I actually created this pick but it was influenced por PkmnTrainerJ’s FOTY picks.

3) Who decides on the people on icono of the Year:
It’s actually my decision to put who on the pick, but, fans can also add themselves to the pick, request to be added to the pick, o they can also request to me to be removed from the pick.

4) Can people add themselves on the icono of the Year?
A simple answer is, yes they can. They can also be removed por requesting it from me.

5) Is there a prize for the winner of icono of the Year?
What he/she gets is mainly recognition and the pride that goes with it for having the best icono of the Year.

6) When does the icono of the año happen?
The icono of the año happens every 15th November
7) Which spot does the icono of the año is publicado in?
It gets publicado in here, in the one and only, Users icono spot!

8) Are fans able to win más than once?
The answer is yes, they can.

9) Are fans be able to be on the same icono of the año pick twice?
The answer is no, so any users that are on the lista twice, I will remove it. Also, of course, I will remove the pick choices of the same user(s) which has the least vote(s).

germany123 [i]The very first simple rule, participants should have an icon (not a normal user fanpop icon).[/i] hmmm i dont get that..also like i said i think its important that people who made the icon get credited..so i would add my icon saying germany123 by jennifer1985..and then in a comment add info (like if its somewhere from livejournal..and i need more space) generally, like i said, i like the idea! :) also you could give a prop to the user and if they are on fanpop the creator also i think you might need more time so..make a pick that lasts maybe till the end of the month?

hellgirl223 Wait you mean on the pick option i say it? Like for example in one of the options on the IOTY, its says hellgirl223- livejournal.com And what i meant for the fanpop icon is make sure they dont have the icon when you first register and have 'no' icon. Also, i dont get what you mean by who 'made' the icon. Do you mean your icon's made by jennifer1985? What if i dont know who made the icon?

germany123 well then it would have to say "credit unknown"..and yes my icon was made by jennifer1985..so..all i did was use it..if you know what i mean.. i mean the picture belongs to sesame street ..inc..corp or whatever but props go to jennifer for her work.

hellgirl223 Sorry Fanpopppers, but the IOTY has to be postponed months longer because of some "troubles" I need to fix and also I need to plan things more careful. Also need to prepare everything first. Thank you and Im SO sorry Dx!
