While visiting “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” for an episode that airs this Friday — the same día Pattinson’s vampiric portrayal of Edward Cullen springs to life on the big screen, he denied having romantic ties to anyone.
“Now, are tu single?” Ellen asked.
“Ah, yeah,” the British actor replied.
And it appears despite women throwing themselves at him regularly, Pattinson may be stuck in singleton mode permanently.
“No one else seems to get into a relationship with me. It’s really strange,” he told Ellen.
“People like screaming at me,” the heartthrob added. “Actually, they like screaming at me in relationships as well. No one wants to commit.”
It has hired "Twilight" scribe Melissa Rosenberg, a writer/producer on Showtime's "Dexter," to adapt the first two. "Breaking Dawn," has not attached a writer.

UPDATE: Robert Pattinson has a few comentarios about New Moon that he made to the Chicago Tribune:
A sequel [aka New Moon] may get the green light this month, he said.
"They will literally decide the siguiente día o the día after" once the movie opens, Pattinson said. "I think they only have plans to do the segundo one. There's no script for the third one. The script is already done for the segundo one."
The 22-year-old Twilight estrella recently sat down with E! Online and dished on the upcoming film and what exactly he thought was weird about it all. “Sometimes tu feel uncomfortable lectura this thing [the book] and I think a lot of people would feel that it is…and in the same way it’s kind of voyeuristic. It’s kind of like a sick pleasure…It’s really honest, really, really honest and that’s kind of what’s weird about it.”
