thoughts please help!!!!!!!!???

ok in a lot of spots i have seen people just cussing and yelling and just plain makeing fanpop in too jerry springer so i was think of making a spot 4 people who just want too get away from all the fighting on the internet and well i had a couple of preguntas like:

is there already a spot 4 that?

would tu join?

but i would make a rules thing on the spot and well i would get together with about 3 o 4 people and we would reportar the people who were disobaing [i dont think i spelled that right] the rules and if we may not find out about it tu all can message the people who are running it and we will give a warning if it is not that bad o we will reportar them.but i need too no what tu guys think first please spill what tu think.
