Seriously? Like seriously? What is there not to pronounce in Naomily? It fucking flows so easily and is one of the best ship names on Skins by far. I can't understand how Naomily is not pronounceable. Can you pronounce Naomi? Then just add 'ly' to the end. There's your Naomily.

If you can't pronounce the name, then that's you own fault, not the couple's ship name.
