what other versions of phantom are out there (books, movies, etc.) that are good?

Other than...the '04 movie? ALW?

I don't know what tu have and haven't seen but some of my favoritos are:

the original novel, obviously
Phantom por Susan Kay
1925 movie (Lon Chaney)
1943 movie (Claude Rains)
1990 movie (Charles Dance)
Yeston/Kopit's Phantom (CD)

Well, how are we defining "good"? Are tu basing it off of what is the most aesthetically pleasing? Is closest to the original? Has the best quotes? Is worth it JUST so tu can laugh hysterically at it?
