Laura Escapes the Orphanage
por the time George made it back to his house, he had already thought of a plan on how he could help Laura. He said, "I think it's best for my sweet little girl to leave that place since the other children might insult her again while I'm away. And since me and my mates' upcoming tour around the country will be starting in London, I can write down the directions to our hotel for her to follow and meet me there." With that, he got to work on this and tore the page with the written directions from his notebook. He then placed it under his almohada as he went to sleep. The siguiente morning, he returned to the orphanage and told Laura about his plan for her. This made her very relieved, as she was also starting to feel unsafe after yesterday's incident. George placed a hand on her shoulder and said, "I'll be waiting for tu at the lobby. Take care." Laura replied, "Okie dokie." Afterwards, he left for the hotel to meet with John, Paul, and Ringo and check-in to their rooms. Later at bedtime, and shortly after the children had started sleeping, Laura packed her things, dressed up, and quietly went downstairs to the door. Once outside, she followed the written directions while carefully crossing the busy streets and finally reached the hotel. She then saw her guardian sitting in one of the lounge couches and exclaimed, "George!" He exclaimed back as he came to hug her, "Laura! tu made it!" She hugged him back and replied, "Indeed! I'm really glad to have left that place at last." He said, "I'm glad, too, darling." The two proceeded to go to his room, and Laura was awed por how cozy and spacious it is. She had never seen anything like it. They then decided to have cena through room service. It was very satisfying for them overall. When they both lied down in the cama after relaxing for a couple of hours, Laura remarked, "This cama is so much better than the one I used back at the orphanage." George replied, "Yes, and it's veddy soft too." She said, "It sure is. Good night, George." "Good night, Laura. Sweet dreams, love." He then gave her a warm, loving kiss on the cheek, which made her smile as they dozed off to sleep.
