Did anyone actually call Paul Macca other than fans? (i.e. John, Jane, Ringo, George....)

As I remember John called Paul 'Macca'

On Anthology 2 tu can actually hear in the beginning of "You've got to hide your amor away" John asking Paul "Oh, are tu ready, Macca?"
