Yeater’s lawyers tell TMZ that the 19-year-old will enviar her son for testing, hoping to prove her claims that Bieber is his biological father. The lawyers also say that someone from their team should have been present when DNA samples were taken from Bieber so that they could ensure the accuracy and reliability of the tests.

As if seeing Justin Bieber with movie estrella hair earlier in the evening wasn’t enough, anyone watching the 2011 American música Awards was also treated to a little holiday amor from the Biebs.

Bieber belted out his hit navidad song “Under the Mistletoe” — the lead-off single from his Christmas-inspired album Mistletoe, which recently topped the charts after its first week on sale.
